Denne privatlivspolitik forklarer, hvordan Smartlife Apps ("vi", "os") indsamler, behandler og beskytter dine personoplysninger, når du bruger CykelHub – en dansk markedsplads for køb og salg af cykler og tilbehør. Politikken er en integreret del af vores Vilkår og betingelser.

CykelHub er en markedsplads. Når du opretter en annonce, er følgende offentligt synligt for alle – også brugere uden konto:
Sælgers navn og telefonnummer vises kun for brugere, der er logget ind — ikke for anonyme besøgende.
Del kun oplysninger, du er tryg ved at offentliggøre. Du kan til enhver tid redigere eller fjerne din annonce.
Beskeder mellem købere og sælgere er kun tilgængelige for samtalens to parter. Vi læser ikke beskeder rutinemæssigt, men de kan blive gennemgået ved anmeldelser eller mistanke om misbrug. Indtast aldrig følsomme oplysninger (fx CPR-numre eller betalingsoplysninger) i beskeder.
Når du markerer en annonce som favorit, gemmes dette både lokalt på din enhed og i skyen (hvis du er logget ind), så vi kan sende dig en notifikation, hvis:
Du kan til enhver tid slå disse notifikationer fra under Indstillinger → Favorit-notifikationer. Oplysninger om dine favoritter er kun synlige for dig.
For at holde markedspladsen sikker sendes billeder, du uploader til annoncer, automatisk til Google Vision SafeSearch, som vurderer, om de indeholder upassende indhold (fx voldeligt eller seksuelt materiale). Billeder, der markeres som upassende, fjernes automatisk. Dette sker uden manuel gennemgang og fører ikke til automatiske afgørelser med retsvirkning for dig (jf. afsnit 13).
GPS: Hvis du bruger afstandsfilteret, beder appen om adgang til din placering. Din nøjagtige GPS-position bruges kun lokalt på din enhed til at beregne afstand og sendes ikke til vores servere. Når kortet vises, sendes en omtrentlig placering dog til Google for at indlæse kortfliserne (se §10).
By til koordinater: Den by, du angiver i en annonce, omsættes til omtrentlige koordinater (byniveau) via systemets geokodningstjeneste, så annoncen kan vises på kort.
Værksteder: Når du søger efter cykelværksteder, sendes din søgetekst til Google Places for at finde relevante resultater.
Appen kan indsamle nedbruds- og ydelsesdata (Firebase Crashlytics og Performance) for at forbedre stabiliteten. Dette er slået fra som standard og aktiveres kun med dit udtrykkelige samtykke. Du kan til enhver tid trække samtykket tilbage i indstillingerne. Appen fungerer fuldt ud uden. CykelHub bruger ikke analyse- eller annoncesporing.
Vi anvender følgende databehandlere. Nogle behandler data uden for EU/EØS; for disse sker overførslen på grundlag af EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCC) og/eller EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Sletning: Du kan slette din konto under Profil → Slet konto. Det fjerner permanent dine kontooplysninger, annoncer, billeder, beskeder, favoritter, anmeldelser og annonceforespørgsler fra vores systemer.
Undtagelse (dokumentation af samtykke): Af hensyn til vores retlige forpligtelse til at kunne dokumentere et gyldigt samtykke (GDPR art. 7) bevarer vi efter sletning en minimal, pseudonym samtykkelog uden personhenførbare oplysninger — kun et bruger-ID, de accepterede versioner, sprog og tidspunkt. Denne log slettes automatisk i op til 3 år efter sletning (jf. afsnit 11).
Dataeksport: Under Profil → Eksportér mine data kan du downloade dine data i JSON-format (GDPR art. 20).

Vi træffer ikke automatiske afgørelser med retsvirkning og foretager ikke profilering (GDPR art. 22).
Vi beskytter dine data med tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger: kryptering under transport (TLS), strenge adgangsregler i databasen (Security Rules), enhedsverificering (App Check), rate limiting og begrænset adgang. Vi følger principperne om Privacy by Design og Privacy by Default (GDPR art. 25). Ved brud på persondatasikkerheden underretter vi Datatilsynet inden 72 timer, hvor det er påkrævet (art. 33/34).
CykelHub er ikke beregnet til personer under 16 år. Ved oprettelse skal du bekræfte, at du er mindst 16 år. Bliver vi opmærksomme på en konto tilhørende en person under 16, sletter vi den. (Den danske aldersgrænse for samtykke er 13 år, jf. Databeskyttelsesloven § 6, stk. 3; vi anvender en strengere grænse på 16 år.)
cykelhub.com hostes via Firebase Hosting og anvender kun tekniske funktioner, der er nødvendige for driften. Vi bruger ikke sporingscookies eller tredjeparts-annoncecookies.
Vi kan opdatere denne politik. Væsentlige ændringer varsles i appen mindst 30 dage før ikrafttræden.

CykelHub is a marketplace. When you create a listing, the following is publicly visible to everyone – including users without an account:
The seller's name and phone number are shown only to logged-in users — not to anonymous visitors.
Only share information you are comfortable making public. You can edit or remove your listing at any time.
Messages between buyers and sellers are only accessible to the two parties of the conversation. We do not read messages routinely, but they may be reviewed in connection with reports or suspected abuse. Never enter sensitive information (e.g. national ID or payment details) in messages.
When you mark a listing as a favorite, this is stored both locally on your device and in the cloud (if you are logged in), so we can notify you if:
You can turn these notifications off at any time under Settings → Favorite notifications. Your favorites are only visible to you.
To keep the marketplace safe, images you upload to listings are automatically sent to Google Vision SafeSearch, which assesses whether they contain inappropriate content (e.g. violent or sexual material). Images flagged as inappropriate are removed automatically. This happens without manual review and does not result in automated decisions with legal effect for you (see section 13).
GPS: If you use the distance filter, the app requests access to your location. Your exact GPS position is used only locally on your device to calculate distance and is not sent to our servers. When the map is displayed, however, an approximate location is sent to Google to load the map tiles (see section 10).
City to coordinates: The city you enter in a listing is converted to approximate (city-level) coordinates via the system's geocoding service so the listing can be shown on a map.
Workshops: When you search for bicycle workshops, your search text is sent to Google Places to find relevant results.
The app may collect crash and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics and Performance) to improve stability. This is off by default and only enabled with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in settings. The app works fully without it. CykelHub does not use analytics or advertising tracking.
We use the following data processors. Some process data outside the EU/EEA; for these, transfers are based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Deletion: You can delete your account under Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account data, listings, images, messages, favorites, reports and ad requests from our systems.
Exception (consent documentation): To meet our legal obligation to demonstrate valid consent (GDPR art. 7), we retain after deletion a minimal, pseudonymous consent log containing no personally identifiable information — only a user ID, the accepted versions, language and timestamp. This log is automatically deleted up to 3 years after deletion (see section 11).
Data export: Under Profile → Export my data you can download your data in JSON format (GDPR art. 20).

We do not make automated decisions with legal effect and do not carry out profiling (GDPR art. 22).
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), strict database access rules (Security Rules), device verification (App Check), rate limiting and restricted access. We follow Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default (GDPR art. 25). In the event of a personal data breach, we notify the Danish Data Protection Agency within 72 hours where required (art. 33/34).
CykelHub is not intended for persons under 16 years. When registering, you must confirm that you are at least 16. If we become aware of an account belonging to a person under 16, we will delete it. (The Danish age of consent is 13, cf. the Data Protection Act § 6(3); we apply a stricter limit of 16.)
cykelhub.com is hosted via Firebase Hosting and only uses technical functions necessary for operation. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before taking effect.
